IT Technician Wanted for Exciting Team!

Do you want to work in IT support where technology meets reality? On behalf of one of our clients, we are now looking for a responsible and technically interested IT technician to join their team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an IT technician in this team, you will be part of a group responsible for local IT support directly in the operations. The role suits you who enjoys a dynamic and varied job where no day is the same. Here, it’s about solving technical challenges on-site, performing installations, and ensuring that critical infrastructure operates flawlessly.

You will primarily work with hardware, client management, and practical troubleshooting. The operations are process-oriented with clear routines, but for those who are driven and forward-thinking, there are good opportunities to specialize and take on more responsibility over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installations, rollout, and maintenance of computers and technical equipment.
• Troubleshooting and support of hardware and applications directly in the operations.
• Work in lab environments and ongoing maintenance tasks.
• Handling incidents and documentation in the issue management system.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have good knowledge of IT infrastructure and hardware.
• Have experience in customer contact and support, preferably in an industrial or technically complex environment.
• Are fluent in Swedish (spoken & written) and have good knowledge of English.
• Have a valid driver’s license (B).

We are looking for an unpretentious team player who takes personal responsibility for their tasks. You have a solid interest in IT and hardware, and you likely have experience from support work or a technical background in the industry. You enjoy working according to established routines while having the ability to act solution-oriented when needed.

As the operations impose high security requirements, background checks and drug tests are part of the recruitment process.
